THE BLURB:
No Chance is a principle that has been used by a select few
Mentalists for many years.

Peter Nardi & Marc Spelmann now bring you this hard to find
prop together with a DVD featuring routines, tips & ideas on
the use of this great little utility.

The DVD is over 1 hour and includes routines for the close
up, stand-up & even stage performances!

It’s time to start gambling but remember "some bets you just
can't lose!"

The package includes the following:

3 X custom manufactured "No Chance Dice"
3 X Matching Regular Dice
Instructional DVD

MY COMMENTS:
For those familiar with the "Just Chintz" routine from Max
Maven's Nothing DVD, you're already familiar with the
possibilities of these dice.  The idea for these has been
around for some time, but Peter Nardi and Marc Spellmann
have made them available.  (I should also note that these
dice were in production well before Max Maven's DVD was made
available and the two products' release is coincidental.)
The dice are the standard size that you'd find in most games
and you get six dice, three of which are regular dice
matching the custom ones.  The routines provided on the DVD
will give you a good start on the varied possibilities of
their use, but the ideas are fairly standard and not as
inventive as you might have wanted.  Still, the dice
themselves are a utility prop that can definitely be applied
to countless incredible mentalism demonstrations, limited
only by one's imagination (as that old saying goes).

One final thought on the dice -- Peter and Marc explained to
me that three is much better to use than one because you'll
have a greater chance of avoiding that very long final roll
in which one last number needs to come up.  I agree that
more than one should be used.  However, when I used these
dice in performance, several audience members remarked
afterward about their suspicions with the dice.  And I agree
with them.  Most don't use three dice.  It's an uncommon
number.  Most people have the impression that dice come in
pairs.  Like shoes, I suppose.  When I switched to two dice,
I didn't get any of those remarks.  But this is something
for you to determine for yourself.

I know some may balk at the apparently high price, but
remember that this product is imported from the UK. Despite
that, these are well-made utility dice that any professional
and experienced mentalist will find incredibly useful.
