MY COMMENTS:
After watching this, I think Jay Sankey will be claiming he
invented the playing cards next.  I'm kidding, but not much.
I can't come out and name the gimmick, though wiser
mentalists will know what this is and recognize it
immediately.  On the video, Jay claims that he has taken the
clear switch bag and improved it so that it's angle proof.
However, he's not the first to do that.  This idea is "older
than the hills."  I'm not even sure who gets the original
credit for this, but Jay Sankey is certainly not the first
to "create" this gimmick.  Since I do not know who gets the
credit for this and I know the idea has been around for a
long time, let's move on for now. (If someone has accurate
credits, feel free to send them along.)

Jay Sankey is absolutely correct when he says that this is a
brilliantly simple and flexible tool for mentalists and
magicians.  It does take some preparation, but that can be
done in just a few minutes.  And it's a one-time
preparation.  The only catch is that the preparation is for
one type of routine.  If you want to do a different routine
(use stamps instead of coupons, for instance), you must
create another Omnilope.

As you might expect from Jay, he does have some worthwhile
tips regarding the use of this gimmick. I like his convincer
(that involves a paperclip) and the elegant use of tape in
the construction of the gimmick.  There are about a dozen
featured uses for this gimmick, but the uses for this are
"limited only by one's imagination," a hackneyed old phrase
which Jay admits to but it is correct in this case.

Jay is always fun to watch and he's a good teacher of magic
and mentalism and the price for this is certainly fair
enough.  This is certainly cheap enough that professional
mentalists may be inspired to add this gimmick to their
repertoire (if they don't use it already) or find new uses
and tips for it.  Less experienced mentalists, who may not
be aware of this gimmick, will certainly benefit the most
from it as long as they remember that Jay didn't originate
the idea.
