This 16-page e-book takes Max Maven's classic Positive Negative routine to a new level. What's improved is that, no matter the outcome, the business card the message is written on can be handed out as a souvenir.
Though most are probably familiar with Max's version, which appears on Volume 2 of his VideoMind series, the blurb vaguely describes the effect. Simply, an imaginary chosen coin is flipped. The performer then reveals a message on a business card which reveals the freely thought-of coin and the side it lands on.
Scott Guinn's version plays pretty much like the original except there's one verbal addition that allows the card to be accurate and passed out as a souvenir. Richard's version, which he calls "Triple Play Thought Projection," changes the effect from a prediction demonstration to one of thought projection. In this variation, three thoughts are projected.
Please remember that this can be done anywhere, anytime, and use any type of paper to write on. There are NO gimmicks of any kind. It's all in the verbal procedure, which should be pretty obvious to those familiar with the original. This is another highly recommended, impromptu routine that should be in any mentalist's arsenal.
