THE BLURB:
Another installment in the "Arts & Crafts" series! Three game cards from the board (fictitious) game, "Farmtown" are displayed. Each card is printed with four different items. One has four animals printed on it, one has four colors, and the last has four locations. The performer explains that the game is a guessing game of sorts, in which one player tries to guess the selection of their opponent. The performer explains that due to his mind reading abilities, hes always had an unfair advantage! The participant is asked to think of one item on each of the cards. With no questions, fishing, cueing, pumping, guessing, etc., the performer correctly reveals the 3 thought of items! What you get: A PDF with complete instructions and three printable cards. MY COMMENTS: This is the second in Carnazzo's Arts & Crafts series that features wallet cards that you need to make yourself. This is mostly because it would be cheaper. If Carnazzo had them specially made, it may cost you a lot more because these are specially constructed and sized cards as opposed to standard business sized cards or postcards. What you get is an 18 page downloadable e-book, complete with color illustrations, and the templates for making the cards. In fact, one gets templates for two different sets. One is easier to "read" than the other. I can't comment on the method, other than to say that the basic principle is not new, but that it is certainly effective. The construction of the cards is a matter of running cardstock through a color printer twice, once for each side. Then you carefully cut the cards and perhaps laminate them. The only consideration one might have with this concerns the presentation and whether one can justify having just three cards out of apparently many from a game called Farmtown, which is fictitious. And that is a question that only you can answer, of course. It's not a criticism, but an important point to consider. However, for $10, if it appeals to you, it is certainly worth getting, downloading, and playing with.
