MY COMMENTS:
What you receive is one of those ubiquitous rubber
wristbands that are used by many causes. In raised letters
on this wristband, it says "www.MindFocuser.com," but more
importantly it has the letters A through H on it. And it is
those letters which make The Mind Focuser Mind-Body
Technique work. The accompanying 16-page, 5.5" x 8.5"
booklet provides all the details, natch.
Please note that this is not magic or a trick. It's not
even a mentalism effect, though one could say it's
self-mentalism. It's more like mental programming designed
to help the mind focus on pleasant, restful thoughts when
one is tense or needs to feel better by receiving some
uplifting feelings. Follow the steps in the booklet to lock
in the programming. Then, whenever you want that uplifting
feeling, simply run your fingers over the raised letters.
Also, Richard has set this up so that it's a great
