MY COMMENTS:
[NOTE: The following are comments on the first two lessons.
More are available now, and since they need to be read
sequentially, I feel it's somewhat moot to comment on
the newer lessons. You're either along for this great ride
filled with wonderful information, or you respectfully
disagree with my assessment and aren't. ]
These lessons are a further exploration of Wonder Words and
the psychological concepts that Kenton is known for and
which move in the direction of real mind reading and what
real mind readers do. This is the type of thoughtful
material that you'd expect from Kenton and that he's famous
for.
However, it's not for everyone, because I know that this
type of material is quite controversial. Some performers
thrive successfully on it and others can't sell it or
understand it, so they don't use it. If you're familiar
with Kenton's Wonder Words, Kolossal Killer, or Kontrol,
then you probably know which side of the controversy you
stand on. Although most who read my comments know this
already, I must admit to being a fan of Kenton's material
and use it regularly. If you aren't too fond of this type
of material, then it's probably best you just skip the rest
of what I'm going to say. No hard feelings. Everyone has
their own style.
The blurb does give you a pretty accurate contents list on
the first two lessons. The first lesson is 40 pages (PDF
format) and the second lesson is even bigger at 53 pages.
Kenton takes some of the discussion from the first lesson
and continues it into the second lesson, which means you
should purchase them in order. Though Kenton says you can
buy them individually, at the time of this writing, you can
only purchase Lessons One & Two as a set or the package
Lessons One-Three with the bonus Mind Reading book PDF.
(Lesson Three has not been released at the time of this
reading.)
The format of these Lessons is quite useful. Kenton gives
some information and then provides worksheets and excercises
in order to sharpen your skills with the material.
Afterwards, several members of his S.E.C.R.E.T. school
provide additional material and routines.
Some of the material is not new or groundbreaking and some
material does overlap some of Kenton's other work. But, for
me, this promises to be a very useful and exciting series.
And at $20 each, Kenton has provided an incredible bargain.
I strongly think it's undervalued and that fans of Kenton's
work should take advantage now before some sense is knocked
into him. Of course, even if he were to raise the price a
bit, it would still be worth it. Without question, this is
highly recommended.
