MY COMMENTS:
So what's the routine? There's no description of it in the
blurb. This is because what's above accompanies the video
of Jay performing this on Jay's website. In brief then, the
performer shows a small stack of various business cards from
different folks from around the world. The performer writes
down something in the corner of the face of one of them.
The participant then names any of the business cards. It's
removed from the stack and placed on top of the prediction
business card. When that card is turned over, the name of
the person on the selected business card has been written in
the corner.

Obviously, this is a close-up effect. I must say that I was
quite surprised with the packaging. I've been used to Jay's
usual DVD case with DVD instructions and any necessary props
inside the case. This comes polybagged with two folded 8.5"
x 11" sheets of paper and the business cards you'll need to
perform this. There is a demonstration video, but, as
mentioned earlier, it's on his website. In fact, I highly
recommend you visit the site and check it out:

The consideration that sticks out is that you can't hand out
the prediction business card, nor have it examined.
Granted, this is not a very big concern, but some performers
may find that not suitable for their style. Also, this is a
mental choice of just a few items and this limitation may
also be unappealing to some.

As to the method, it combines classic principles. There
is one move used and it's a fairly standard move using two
cards. I'm sure you know it. If not, it's easy to learn.
The included business cards are well-made and you get eleven
cards, though a couple of those are included as extra.
You could use them all if you wish though. There is a
one-time set-up that takes a minute or so and it just
involves some pre-writing.

What I like about this is that it is done with a variety of
different business cards, provides a good reason for having
these business cards (one collects them while traveling),
and uses a classic move in a way that is quite effective.
This may not fool the guys at the club, but laymen certainly
are fooled. This is solid thinking from Jay Sankey at a
very reasonable price.
