TC Tahoe
THE BLURB:
"I love this book! It has many different styles of color readings. There are many variations here to fit everyone's venue. TC has done his homework on this one, he gets into details on color like no other book. This book is a gem, I love it. Riding The Rainbow contains material that will remain in your arsenal for the rest of your life." -Neal Scryer For anyone seeking to learn to do more effective, In-the-moment readings, this is the book you want to study. TC has taken the premiss first shared with us by Richard Webster and Ron Martin, that I expand on in Easy Readings, and has now taken it light years forward. This is a must have study guide for every single student of mentalism, but most especially those that plan to make reading work a key part of their repertoire -P. Craig Browning "Riding the Rainbow"is a terrific assembly and array of color-based reading techniques; strategies that will serve you spectacularly and readily expand your "reading" toolkit. With TC Tahoe's "Riding the Rainbow," you are literally handed the keys to a colorful kingdom of objects, and a variety of rich ways to interpret what you (or others) see. Suffice it to say that, with this project, your dreams of providing a strong and effective reading "really do come true!" I wholeheartedly recommend this to you!" -Scott Grossberg MY COMMENTS: The blurb only consists of testimonials, although from those one can deduce what this book contains. The topic is reading strategies with colors. Granted, this is not a new topic, but this is one of the most thorough examinations of the topic that I've seen. It contains quite a few of Tahoe's unique approaches, too. The 6"x9", 164-page book contains 21 sections, including a section on the meanings of colors. In the sections "Objects of Color" and "More Ideas," Tahoe has compiled more than two dozen types of objects that one can do readings for, ranging from plastic bracelets and Legos to colored envelopes. He's even got objects that are considered quite, ah, "mature." Many of these I would never have had thought about and they certainly will make readings much more intriguing to the client. Here's a list of most of the section titles: The Color Meanings, Pick A Color, Any Color, Objects Of Color, Grandma Jennys Gemstone Reading, Color Toss & Grab Bag, Invisible Rainbow, More Ideas, The Casual Color Reading, Other Colors, Aura Reading, Basic Numerology, But I Hate Math & Have No Interest In Learning Numerology!, Color Breathing, Dream Color, Colors In Dreams, Rune Casting, One Rune Reading, Fun Color Facts, In Closing, Recommended Reading Color reading is an indispensible tool for the working mentalist or reader. Colors are everywhere, including on what we wear, and having people making decisions based on color is an extremely valid personality test. It can certainly be done impromptu for "cold reading" (Kenton Knepper, Craig Browning, and many others have recently put works out on this, too) The scope of this work is impressive and moreso than the other texts on this subject. It is highly recommended as a wonderful reference work for both experienced and novice readers who use color in their readings.
